I can't say I'm surprised that this has happened. I hope your jobcentre responds to your communications in a positive way, though. I've made formal complaints to the jobcentre and can't say it's made any real difference, but I feel at least it's 'on record'. Don't worry about feeling a fuss-pot - you're not.
